For all other inquiries, the legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of HAINZL according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Storage Duration:

Your personal data will be stored solely for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected through the contact form.

At AQUASYS, we offer a wide range of interesting job opportunities in various fields. Applications can be submitted via the online applicant portal on our website. In this context, the following personal data will be processed:

Purpose of Data Processing:

The processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). If special categories of personal data are provided unsolicited during the application process, this will be considered explicit consent under GDPR.

Storage Duration:

Candidates who only agree to the data processing information will be automatically deleted from the system after 6 months. Candidates who also agree to the consent declaration will be stored until withdrawal by the candidate.
