    AQUASYS Technik GmbH takes the protection of data very seriously and treats personal data confidentially and in compliance with the statutory provisions. The general use of our website does not entail personal data to be collected, processed or disclosed to third parties. Personal data is any information that makes it possible to identify an individual or information that can be traced back to an identifiable individual. This includes contact details, such as the name, date of birth, mailing/e-mail address and telephone or mobile number.

    We only collect the personal data you have entered voluntarily and explicitly (e.g. newsletter subscription, contact form).This data is used by us on the basis of your personal declaration of consent. The data provided by you is only used for the purposes stated (e.g., sending the newsletter) and for the purpose of complying with compelling legal obligations (e.g. tax law). Your data will only be used for other purposes or disclosed to a third party with your explicit consent.

So-called IP anonymisation is activated on our website. Such data are used exclusively in an anonymised format. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be linked to any other data held by Google. We would like to point out that Google Analytics was extended on this website by the code ‘gat._anonymizeIp();’ in order to guarantee anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

4. Social media plug-ins

No personal data is collected or processed by AQUASYS in connection with these functions. The respective social media provider may however link the visit to our site with your user account. Please note that as the operator of this website, we do not have any knowledge of the content of the data transferred or of its use by the respective social media provider. If you would like to prevent your social media provider from linking the visit to our website with your user account, we recommend you refrain from using the functions offered by the social media plug-ins.

Our website may contain links to websites not operated by us. We offer this as a complementary service without in any way endorsing the activities and content presented on these websites or having any connection to their operators. In as far as your request for the correction or deletion of data is not opposed by a compelling legal obligation requiring us to retain your data, you have the right to request your personal data to be corrected or deleted by AQUASYS Technik GmbH.
